To change the Google AdSense account linked to your Blogger blog and switch it to a completely different AdSense account, you must first unlink the old account and then grant permissions to the new account owner.

How to change adsense account to another blogger that have different account

 Crucial Rules Before You Start
  • One Account Limit: Google allows individuals to hold exactly one personal AdSense account. Do not create a second personal account under your name, or both will be permanently banned.
  • Ownership Transfer: If the new AdSense account belongs to someone else, that person must be added as an Admin to the Blogger dashboard before you can link their earnings account.

Step-by-Step Execution Plan
Phase 1: Add the New Account Owner to Blogger
If the new AdSense account is tied to a different Google email address, that email address needs full administrative access to your blog.
  1. Log into your current Blogger Dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings on the left menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Permissions section and click Invite more authors.
  4. Enter the email address of the new AdSense account and click Send.
  5. Open that new email inbox, accept the invitation, and follow the link to join the blog.
  6. Go back to your original Blogger account under Settings > Blog admins and authors. Change the new user’s role from Author to Admin, then save.
Phase 2: Unlink the Old AdSense Account
  1. In your original Blogger dashboard, click the Earnings tab on the left menu.
  2. Click the Disconnect AdSense button to break the current connection.
  3. Log out of all Google accounts in your web browser entirely to prevent automatic login confusion.
Phase 3: Link the New AdSense Account
  1. Open a clean browser window or incognito tab and log into Blogger using the new email address (the one you just made an Admin).
  2. Navigate to the Earnings tab.
  3. Click Connect AdSense or Switch AdSense Account.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to associate the blog with this new active AdSense profile.
Managing the Ads.txt File
If you have custom ads.txt settings enabled on your blog, the old publisher ID will block your new ads from displaying.
  • Go to Settings > Monetization.
  • Ensure your Custom ads.txt file is updated with the new owner's unique AdSense Publisher ID (pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) instead of your old one.
