Exposed: How Donald Trump Lied About His Wealth Just To Get On The Forbes 400 List

A former Forbes reporter says that President Donald Trump lied to him in order to make the Forbes 400 list of the wealthiest Americans, including impersonating an aide who didn’t exist to claim wealth he didn’t have.
An audiotape of the reporter’s alleged 1984 conversation with Trump was published in The Washington Post Friday. in which Trump is said to have disguised his voice.
While working on the Forbes 400 in May 1984, the reporter says that Trump contacted him claiming to be an aide named John Barron. In 2016, The Washington Post revealed that Barron was actually Trump himself and that he often used the name to pretend to be his own spokesperson.
During the call, Trump as Barron said that he had taken control of the business he ran with his father, and should be credited with owning those assets as well, which would make him a billionaire. Under a previous editor of the Forbes 400 list, the magazine had valued Trump’s assets at $200 million, only a fifth of what he claimed to own in interviews.
The reporter, Jonathan Greenberg, says that over time he learned that Trump shouldn’t have appeared on the lists at all. For instance, in his first appearance on the Forbes 400 in 1982, Trump is listed as having $100 million when he was actually worth around $5 million at the time, according to documents that later came to light.
While many real estate developers shied away from the list, Trump embraced it and repeatedly contacted the reporter to suggest he that he may not have all the facts and was undervaluing Trump’s wealth.
Trump has repeatedly declined to publicly share his tax returns. Currently, he claims to have a net worth “in excess of ten billion dollars.” He filed for an extension to file his 2017 taxes.

Inside Gabola Church In South Africa Where Alcohol Is Required For Worship And Baptism

Dressed in a red robe and a gold-trimmed Bishop’s miter, the clergyman pours whiskey into his cupped hand and anoints the forehead of the man sitting before him.
“You are hereby invested as a minister … This is a double tot,” he says of the remaining whiskey in the chalice.
He hands it to the new minister, who downs it. “Hallelujah!” shouts the congregation members who erupt in singing and dancing, swigging from bottles of beer.
Welcome to Gabola Church, which celebrates the drinking of alcohol.
The South African church was started eight months ago and found an enthusiastic following almost immediately.
“We are a church for those who have been rejected by other churches because they drink alcohol,” Gabola’s founder and self-declared pope, Tsietsi Makiti, told The Associated Press.
“Gabola Church is established to redeem the people who are rejected, who are regarded as sinners. We drink for deliverance. We are drinking for the Holy Ghost to come into us. Others in South Africa are outraged by Gabola, saying it is not a church at all. Gabola has nothing to do with the word of God. Those are not church services,” said Archbishop Modiri Patrick Shole, Director of the South African Union Council of Independent Churches.
“They are using the Bible to promote taverns and drinking liquor. It is blasphemous. It is heresy and totally against the doctrines.” He said his organization intends to see that authorities close Gabola for breaking municipal regulations that say churches should not be located near bars.
Gabola is not a member of the mainstream South African Council of Churches, which said it has no comment about it. Gabola is not affiliated with any other denominations.
About 80 per cent of South Africa’s 56 million people profess to be Christian. In addition to Catholic and Protestant denominations, there are small independent ones with unusual practices like handling snakes. One pastor was recently found guilty of assault for spraying Doom, a popular insecticide, into worshippers’ faces, which was supposed to chase away evil spirits.
The condemnation by other Christian organizations did not bother the 30 worshippers attending a recent Gabola service, held in a bar in the sprawling Orange Farm Township 40 kilometers (25 miles) south of Johannesburg.
A pool table served as the altar, adorned with bottles of whiskey and beer. Six ministers at the altar solemnly blessed the chilled jumbo bottles of beer bought by most churchgoers. A few drank whiskey, brandy or other beverages, all of them similarly blessed.
The congregation sang hymns praising the positive effects of drinking. Three new Gabola members were baptized with beer which covered their foreheads and dripped down their faces.  Gabola means “drinking” in Tswana, one of South Africa’s official languages.
“Our aim is to convert bars, taverns and shebeens into churches,” Makiti said. “And we convert the tavern-owners into pastors.”
People in other churches “say they are holy but they drink by the back doors, in secret. They think God does not see them,” he said. “But the Lord zooms in on them and can see them. We drink openly at our services. We do so in peace and we love each other.”
Gabola’s leader said he encourages people to drink responsibly and emphasizes that alcohol will only be sold and blessed to people who are 20, two years older than South Africa’s legal drinking age.
The rousing hymns praising the effects of alcohol brought church members to their feet and they enthusiastically stomped and danced in a circle, often around a beer bottle. As the three-hour service progressed they became louder, more animated and sloppier. Some dozed off during the sermon.
“Nothing is as happy in the world as people who drink,” said Nigel Lehasa, who explained scripture during the service and described himself as Gabola’s professor. “There is no fighting, no arguing. We have nothing but love.”

Fulani Herdsman Hacked His Own Brother To Death Over A Missing Cow

According to a report by Sunday Sun, Bello Musa, who is 22 years old is now in the custody of the Homicide section of the State Criminal Investigation Department of the Nasarawa Police Command, Lafia, after being arrested and accused of killing his elder brother, Abdullahi Musa, with a machete. He was said to have given the deceased a fatal cut on the neck, when a scuffle ensued between them over the missing cattle.
Trouble started between the siblings when they noticed that one cattle had strayed and mixed with their own herd while they were grazing their cattle in Akuwate village in Doma Local Government Area.
As Sunday Sun learnt from the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Ahmed Bello, the incident happened on March 9, 2018 and was promptly reported at Akuwate Police Station. But the case was later transferred on March 25, to the SCID at the headquarters of the command in Lafia, the state capital.
In a chat with Sunday Sun at the police command headquarters, the detained suspect, Bello recounted what happened: “My brother, Abdullahi and myself took our cattle for grazing. Later we discovered that one cattle which was not our own had joined our herd. We were three who made the discovery – Abdullahi, one Ibrahim and myself. Abdullahi and I agreed to sell it. Later he asked me to go and sell it in the market. As I was taking the cattle, it escaped from me. I returned back to tell Abdullahi. He did not believe me.

“He accused of selling the cattle N300,000.  I tried to explain to him, but he insisted that I sold the cattle for N300,000. My father tried to settle the matter, without success."
Continuing, Bello said: “Abdullahi said that I must pay N300,000 for the cattle or he would kill me. I challenged him on why he would want to kill me over the cattle that escaped from me.  Then he began making phone calls to his friends, telling them I am a liar and that I sold the cattle for N300,000. I became very angry and we started fighting. In the course of the fight, he injured me on my right hand and I cut him with my cutlass on the neck.”
Bello then ran to the General Hospital in Eleye area to treat his wound. The eagle-eyed doctor who attended to him, became suspicious after listening to the story of how he sustained the injury. He carefully treated him and then stepped aside to make a call to the Eleye Police Station.
A team of policemen came to the hospital and arrested him. He was subsequently handed over to the Nasarawa police headquarters where he was detained for further investigation.
The Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of the State Criminal Investigation Department, Lafia, Mr. Yunusa Akira told Sunday Sun that when homicide detectives interrogated Bello, he confessed that he killed his brother. He said that the cutlass allegedly use by Bello to kill his brother was recovered by detectives investigating the case,  and added that deceased had since been buried in line with Islamic injunctions.
The bereaved of the late Abdulllahi and Bello, Alhaji Musa, who has been weighed down the by pain of losing a son and having another son stand trial for murder, expressed pain that his sons ignored his entreaties to them over the matter of the missing cattle.
He said: “I tried to resolve the misunderstanding between Bello and Abdullahi over the cattle. They refused to listen to me. I was shocked when I heard that Bello killed his elder brother, Abdullahi, when a fight broke out between them over the missing cattle.”

Fayose Reacts To President Buhari Saying That Nigerian Youths Don't Like To Work

Ekiti state governor, Ayo Fayose, has reacted to the statement made by President Muhammadu Buhari that many Nigerian youths just want to sit down and do nothing, believing that Nigeria is an oil-rich nation and that their needs will somehow be met by the government.

Meet 33-year-old Nigerian Entrepreneur Who Has Built A $3Million EdTech Company (Photo)

33-year-old Nigerian-born Temitope Ogunsemo, is the founder of Krystal Digital, a fast-growing educational technology company that specializes in the creation, development and deployment of customized and service oriented software applications for educational institutions in Nigeria.
Founded in 2010 in Lagos, Krystal Digital’s flagship service, MySkool Portal, a web-based application for School Information Management System designed for proper storage and documentation of school data, has been adopted by more than 50 Government-owned High schools in Nigeria, and has more than 65,000 active student users.
Krystal Digital now has more than 150 employees and annual revenues of more than $3 million.
While speaking in an exclusive interview with Forbes in Lagos, Temitope recounted his early beginnings, mused on the journey so far, and talked about Krystal Digital’s plans for the future.
Here are excerpts;
What’s your educational and professional background?
I am an alumnus of Kings College, Lagos. I attended the prestigious University of Ibadan and also went ahead to obtain a Master of Science degree in Information Management Systems from the University of Salford, UK. In 2010, I answered my lifelong call of entrepreneurship when I and a group of consultants founded Krystal Digital. Today, Krystal Digital is one of the leading IT Companies in Nigeria.
What is Krystal Digital? What would be an elevator pitch for someone who does not know about your company and your services?
Krystal Digital is a fast growing ICT company which specializes in the development and deployment of customized and service oriented software applications as well as IT training. The Company is focused on strengthening the application of ICT in the Education sector, especially the Basic and Secondary Education Sub-sector.
Krystal Digital is popular for its MySkool Portal, your flagship School Information Management System for secondary schools in Nigeria. What was the opportunity?
The idea that would spawn Krystal Digital was initiated when I attempted to secure my academic transcript. It was a difficult and frustrating experience. It was then I saw potential to develop a School Information Management System that would not only improve the storage/preservation and retrieval of academic records but would also position these schools to harness the benefits of digitization.
How many schools in Nigeria today are utilizing your MySkool portal? Give us a profile of your clients?
Our products and services currently span across 48% of the Federal Government Colleges in Nigeria. The MySkool Portal Platform runs in fifty Federal Government Colleges across the federation. Most of the Directors at Krystal Digital are products of Unity colleges and we were availed high-quality education and orientation. This played an important role in grooming us into what we are today. Unfortunately, some of these virtues are fast disappearing and it became imperative for us to ensure that technology became an intrinsic part in the education management system in Federal Unity colleges. This is probably one of the reasons why our focus at the moment is on Federal Government Colleges.
Walk us through Krystal Digital’s business model. How do you make money to keep the lights on, and where do revenues stand today?
Our aspiration is to drive growth in the Education sector by building a leading sub-Saharan IT organization. In delivering quality services we have modeled the structure of our business to ensure it is aligned with the needs of our clients and how they would rather be served. Our business model has three inputs: Our people, Our operations and Innovation. Our intellectual capital is critical to provide innovative solutions. We rely on the ability of our people to innovate and collaborate with each other and our customers to develop value-adding solutions. We are also committed to conducting our business transparently and ethically by managing our business process towards ensuring a positive impact on the society.
The organization no longer relies on the Myskool Portal solution as its main source of revenue as Krystal seeks to augment its financial structure by championing the Krystal/Microsoft Imagine Academy. Notwithstanding we have achieved strong revenue growth in what continues to be a complex business environment. We have annual revenues of more than one billion naira - roughly three million dollars.

Ageless Mum: Meet The Pretty Woman Who Looks So Young That People Think She's Her Son's Girlfriend

A single mum has revealed she is often mistaken for her 20-year-old son’s girlfriend or sister because she looks so young.
Shimmi Munshi, 41, is the envy of all her friends and family, who believe she has discovered the secret of eternal youth.
She said she's been accused of having cosmetic surgery and splashing out on fancy skin creams and beauty treatments - but it couldn't be further from the truth.
Shimmi, from Bolton, said: "As an adult, I’ve always looked young. As my friends began ageing, I seemed to go in the opposite direction, but I’ve no idea why!

"As a teenager, I was one of the taller ones, so if anything, I looked a little older than my friends. But at 5ft 5in, I stopped growing, and I have a very slim, petite frame.

“I feel like the female version of Peter Pan – the girl who never grew up."
At 20, Shimmi gave birth to Ameen, her only son.

“I was a single mum, juggling work and motherhood, and anyone would think the stress might have started to show," she admitted.

"Instead, I seemed to stop ageing. I didn’t notice it particularly, but all my friends did.

“They were all moaning that I’d discovered the secret of eternal youth and they wanted me to share it.

"At the school gates, the other mums would ask if I’d had plastic surgery, or if I had spent a fortune on skin creams and beauty treatments.

“And they were gutted to learn I had no secrets. There was no mystery at all to the way I looked.

“I’ve certainly never had cosmetic surgery. And my beauty routine consists of baby wipes and whatever moisturiser is on special offer in the supermarket!"
Shimmi Munshi
Despite not buying expensive beauty products, Shimmi said she does take care of herself.
"I drink green tea and I don’t smoke or drink booze," she explained.

"I’m a member of the local gym and I drink lots of water. But I am no fitness fanatic or beauty queen.

"In fact, I rarely look in the mirror. I don’t actually think about my looks much at all.”
Shimmi’s parents, Siraj and Nooie, are pensioners, yet both look great for their age, so she suspects her youthful looks might be down to lucky genetics.
"If anyone deserves credit, it must be them," she laughed.
But her looks have at times been a nuisance.

"I’ve been asked for ID buying alcohol so many times and sometimes they just refuse to serve me outright," she said.

"It’s worth it though to see the look on the shop assistant’s face when I hand over my ID.
“When my son was younger, people we didn’t know presumed we were either brother and sister or a couple.

“We were so close, because I had brought him up on my own, and so there was a special bond between us.

“Anyone who met us would just naturally treat him like he was my boyfriend.

“We went on holiday to Poland, and I had booked an excursion, and the tour guide wouldn’t believe that we were mum and son, he kept insisting we were a couple and Ameen was so embarrassed.

“Another time, in Turkey, the locals thought we were brother and sister.

“At Ameen’s prom night, people thought we were a couple, too. It’s very flattering and it made me giggle but it drove him mad.
“Even at parents’ evening at high school, his teacher said to me, 'We really would rather see Ameen’s mum.’ She thought I was his sister!

“As a teenager, he didn’t like all the attention."
Shimmi still gets mistaken for Ameen’s girlfriend. He is now 20 and has got used to the constant comments about his mum’s looks.
“I think he’s finally accepted all the fuss," she said.

"He still lives at home and we are as close as ever, so it hasn’t affected our relationship at all. He’s training in IT and I’m very proud of him.”
Shimmi’s appearance is made all the more surprising because she suffers from a debilitating disease known as gastroparesis, which makes her vomit up to 60 times a day.
She has spent the last 10 years in and out of hospital – and yet still manages to look the picture of health.
“I might be feeling absolutely rubbish but somehow I still manage to look young," she said.
"I wish I had some special secret I could share – but the truth is, I’ve no idea how I do it.

“Hopefully my good luck will last into old age and I will be still be looking 30 when I’m 80!”

Sergio Aguero Likely To Miss World Cup

Sergio Aguero will struggle to recover from knee surgery in time for the World Cup, according to Argentina Football Association doctor Homero D’Agostino.
Manchester City striker Aguero underwent an arthroscopy after aggravating a knee problem during their derby defeat to rivals Manchester United, Pep Guardiola citing a challenge from Ashley Young that went unpunished by referee Martin Atkinson for the injury.
The striker was included in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year on Wednesday after scoring 30 times in all competitions for newly crowned champions City.
But D’Agostino doubts whether the 29-year-old will be fully fit for the World Cup, with Argentina opening their campaign in Russia on June 16 against Iceland.

“That a player has undergone an arthroscopy with 60 days to go before the World Cup is worrying,” D’Agostino told Radio 10.

“The recovery process will require at least five weeks. When one has old injuries, the recovery process is not as fast as one would like it to be. It’s never going to be less than three or four weeks, or even more.

“I imagine that he will not arrive 100 per cent fit with the limited time that is left before the World Cup. The anatomy is the anatomy. The injury is what it is. He can try but I don’t think he will arrive 100 per cent.

“The important thing is to know what he had. The doctors would have tried to resolve the issue in a conservative manner, non-surgically, but they were unsuccessful. The arthroscopy is a process that you do when there are old injuries.”
Should Jorge Sampaoli be unable to rely on Aguero for the World Cup, the Argentina coach could turn to Inter captain Mauro Icardi or Juventus striker Paulo Dybala, both of whom were left out of his most recent squad.
Former City forward Carlos Tevez, back playing for boyhood club Boca Juniors in Argentina, has also indicated he retains hope of being called up the World Cup.

Kaduna Govt Sacks 4,562 Newly-recruited Teachers

Cee-C, who happens to be one of the most controversial Big Brother Naija housemates, continues to attract more criticisms for going out of control and hauling insults at fellow housemate, Tobi yesterday.
Nigerian writer and social commentator Mark Anthony, has also joined in the criticism.
According to this piece he wrote, 'If you can support Cee-C, you can support Boko Haram. I find it more appalling that there is a group of humans somewhere who claim to see what we can’t see'.
Read the full piece below:
"I find it really depressing that a young girl of Cece’s age can bear in her heart and lips a bitterness of thousands of generations. I find it more appalling that there is a group of humans somewhere who claim to see what we can’t see. They say she is a king.

"I don’t have a problem with a woman being called a king but I have a problem with the fact that whoever she marries will be a queen which will obviously make the kingdom worse than Nigeria.

"It is painful to say but Cece doesn’t have the criteria to be human. She has done everything an animal would have done in the house. From refusing to move when her partner wanted to move which made the rope cut and nearly rendered the young man sterile.

"To shouting at everybody, to making life difficult for the humans in the house like Tobi and co. She may have come out many times telling us her truth. She says “You’re not in my level” everyday!  She says this. Come to think of it, we aren’t actually in her level. She’s an animal. A disgruntled one at that.

"We are higher animals!  Many Nigerians see her as a strong woman. I wonder what is wrong with us. The same way we wanted a STRONG man to be our president. Buhari happened and we are still suffering every detail of that mistake we made by voting him.

"I’ve been seeing clips on instagram and twitter where Cee-C was shouting on Tobi. Calling him demeaning names. Belittling his person. Making him feel like he’s less human when in the real sense she should be in zamfara zoo.

"Cee-C can be used interchangeably with terrorism. She is armed with her lashes for dressing down, her lips for verbal mastication, her heart for distribution of anger and frustrations, her short legs for gallivanting around looking for ‘prey’.

"If you can support that girl, you are powerful! Just shift when you see me."

Our Bitter Ordeal With The Thugs That Invaded The Senate And Stole The Mace - Senators Narrate

A Nigerian Senator representing the Lagos West senatorial disctrict, Senator Solomon Adeola, who is popularly known as Yayi, has narrated his ordeal in the hands of the thugs that invaded the Senate.
Recall that TORI News reported on Wednesday that some suspected thugs who are supporters of a suspended senator, Ovie Omo-Agege, invaded the National Assembly's chamber and made away with the Senate's Mace after disrupting the lawmakers' plenary session.
While reacting to his ordeal in the hands of the thugs, the lawmaker said; “It is a horrible experience. I have never witnessed something like this. I arrived at the National Assembly; I alighted from my car, I was on my way to the chamber when I saw pandemonium, with everybody running helter-skelter.
"I tried to find out what is happening, the next thing security came after me. I had to enter my car and the car that came before me is exactly like the car I brought into the National Assembly.
“They just pushed me into the car. Before I noticed what was happening, two men entered the same car with the mace of the Senate and took off, but, confronted them, asking ‘who are you’; ‘where are you going’? They couldn’t answer me and getting to the House of Representatives area, I opened the door of the car and managed to squeeze myself out of it forcefully before the car zoomed off towards the exit gate at the back of the House of Representatives chamber.
“I want to thank God Almighty for this escape from this kidnap attempt by the hoodlums who invaded the National Assembly to steal the mace of the Senate. As you witnessed today, 24 hours have been given to the security agents to produce the mace.
“I condemn this act in its entirety because we (National Assembly) protect the democratic tenets of our nascent democracy so we will not support acts like this. We have condemned the act.
“One of the perpetrators who claims to be one of us has been taken away and I believe in the shortest possible time, the mace will be returned to the National assembly. Thank God we have a spare one and we were able to have plenary today.”
Another influential APC politician, Senator Shehu Sani, in his reaction to the incident, said: “The armed invasion of the Senate chamber stands condemned. It’s treasonable and nothing but an attempted coup d’etat.
“The armed invasion is an open and undisguised assault on our democracy and desecration of our constitution.
“The attackers and their open and secret backers represent reactionary forces of evil and darkness. The Senate will not be intimidated nor will it compromise its independence.
"The armed invasion is a dangerous precedent for this and future generations of Nigeria. If this can happen to the Senate, it can happen to the President, the Presidency and the Judiciary.
“Nigeria is gradually sliding into a totalitarian state. The inferno of violence has moved from the hinterlands to the heights of constitutional authority.
“The armed invasion is a well -coordinated action aimed at violating and incinerating the parliament. I salute the courage of the senators who heeded our call to stand firm, stay back and defend democracy. We appreciate the solidarity of the members of the House of Representatives.
"We appreciate the courage of staff of the chamber of the Senate who fell victims of the attack. We will defend democracy not because it can give you everything but because it can prevent everything being taken away from you.
"We have a duty to morally and constitutionally defend and protect the parliament to keep the stream of liberty and rivers of justice flowing without restraints or diversion or pollution."

My Cousin Sister Is Tripping Badly For Me - Man Opens Up

Read the viral story of an imminent incest below:
What do you take of your cousin sister showing advances and professing deep love and care?
It started when we were young, about 15 years ago. I had finished my SSCE when we had a get together at the remembrance of my grandfather, all the grandchildren showed up, and it was the first time we had met (grown up).
I was almost 2 years older, we got talking and chatting and trying to know each other. While at it, I was in charge telling her about myself, the school I attended and all. All I could observe is staring and gazing straight into my eye balls.
After the remembrance, I got to understand her looks translated into feelings where she had to ask her mum can one marry her cousin? To me I only can feel she was just a kid being childish about it. Since then we kept our cool and we're just the normal cousin brother and sister.
Fast forward till now, I'm married while she's married too. We've lost contacts for years cos of struggles and all and we only got back online talking lately, we got talking about life and delved into relationships.
It was then she told me what she had for me years back. Her husband is a weekend husband because of the nature of his work, but she wants some sort of very close friendship with me. It's really funny and confusing what string she's trying to pull.
